Here's the short(ish) version of my story: I decided recently that I'm tired of writing out a rent check every month with nothing to show for it, and started looking for my first home.

I am seeing the beta on there as well though.I did the switch to the new system so I assume I can't go back to the old version to see if it shows up differently.

My version of investing and houses are probably a lot different than others on BP.

The free version is good enough.

its just the luck of the draw each investor targets basically the same inventory garnered by the same lists.and the verbiage is just some different clever versions of what you wrote.. its simply a numbers game most of the folks that I know that actually make a living with this spend 10 to 50k a month minimum on various forms of direct mail.. 

Invite them out for coffee and bring a two page version of your business plan along.  

Try to buy an updated version.

Just saying go thru a version of TT  did not find any election for it.
