Managing Multiple Multi-Family Properties

For those of you that manage multiple multi-family buildings, what’s the best way you’ve found to manage all of the projects? I have 14 properties that range from 5 units to 65 units.

i.e. fire inspections, renovations, landscaping projects (palm tree trimming, crepe myrtle trimming), notating new appliances (per unit), owner specifics (flooring type, paint color, interior finishes), capital projects, pressure washing, just to name a few.
