I need to familiarize myself with terms and techniques specific not only to hard money, but sub-prime, prime and A-paper.

You need to be able to have the conversation before learning how to use specific techniques.

Heat treatment is a more commonly used technique: again completely seal the unit so the bugs can’t simply escape and come back, remove any fire extinguishers, cans of propane, hairspray, anything that can explode in high heat or food that will melt etc, and heat the unit to 135 degrees for about a day to kill all the bugs.
