Difficulty Finding Leaders, Management, etc.
Hey everyone, we have a great business and are looking to expand into new areas. Our newest location is easy because my partner is setting it up and staying local to that area. But when we open other locations, that my partner and I will not be running the day to day operations, that's where we get hung up.
How do you find and qualify honest management? Are there any contracts or techniques that you use to keep them in check? We're excited for the new opportunities in new areas, but reluctant to hire that level of management. Also, we don't plan on growing too fast and reckless. But we are devoted to making sure that we do things the right way from the get go.
Thank you so much for your expertise and advice!
