I am currently looking at a conversion property that is 2 hours away so I am in agreement with you, I just don't want to compete with the big guys in the City.I really do believe that Self Storage is the way I will achieve my freedom and I look forward to sharing my journey!

More random ramblings on why I really disagree with this.Let's say I cast a magic spell and handcuff some set of borrowers and force them to always and only use me in the future.

I just started my real estate investing journey with a goal to partially retire in 10 years.

I've got so much to learn about, and although you can read up things over blogs and books, I believe that hearing about others' experience and their journey is the best way to learn about the industry.

At this phase of your journey having the mindset a la Robert Kiyosaki of "work to learn instead of work to earn" will pay huge dividends down the road.
