The gas furnace isnt a problem , there is a flame in the furnace , Unless there is a gas leak thats not a problem . the ventilation is the key , I weld in a 36 by 40 garage with 14 foot ceilings and I have to keep the door open and a fan running while arc welding .

Outlets have to be moved and I didn't think of that when originally estimating.2) I decided to go with more expensive light fixtures in the bathrooms than originally planned, but they will look nicer.3) I'm going to upgrade the 1970 medicine cabinet in the lower bathroom to a nice framed mirror.4) I'm putting in new bath fans in both bathrooms.
