New From Southern Maine

Hello BP,
My name is Matt Reid and I live in Kennebunk Maine with my wife Dana and my son Brooks. I came across Bigger Pockets when surfing the net on Real Estate Investment.
I love the forums and the podcast, I've already learned a ton.

I have one single family rental that has been going well for the last 3 years.
But I'm really a newbie in the Real Estate Investment world. I'm looking to buy multi family apartment buildings that have a positive cash flow. I'll be buying and holding, 5 to 20 years. I'm looking for properties that have room for growing equity and cash flow.

I'm looking to network with other Investors, Realtors(that specialize in multi families), Investment Software Professionals, and Real Estate Accountants.

Thanks for taking the time to read my intro and I look forward to learning a lot.

-Matt
