Besides going to your title company, you can take them to small claims court.

I'm not even sure it would actually be a situation that goes to eviction court.

Think about this last year, courts shut down, not just eviction but alot of courts, governments curtailed services and  they kept all employees.

Print out any emails or text messages, write down dates of phone calls and what was said, etc.You need documentation for the potential court case.

@Lynn Currie It depends on the system, for me, I was fine just taking the booking data and creating a calendar entry with the data that then fed everything downstream, however the more complex integration I did, was using iGMS as a listing aggregator then used their API to feed the booking details to Zapier and parsed it out to the calendar and other downstream pieces.   

Real estate, investing and banking is extremely complex.
