I'm curious if any Canadian investors used the First Time Home Buyers Incentive (FTHBI) plan for their first purchase. 

I have almost no social life during the week, haha, and then I grind hard on weekends to catch up and push the needle forward. 

CRMs, social media ads, promotional products, SEO, SEM, probate marketing, and of course, ZTR (Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com) where you can spend money like it's free and unless you're spending tens of thousands per month, you'll generally get crap for ROI

There's a lot of social brainwashing that goes into that.

@Robert Dautov this can be tough, the tenant is supposed to grant access if given a reasonable notice (I believe 24-48 hrs) but its very tough to enforce this rule.You may want to speak to the sellers agent about your intentions with the unit and have him advise the tenants that you will wear PPE and follow social distancing etc, you may even want to promise to limit the number of people in the unit and the length of time for the inspection to put the tenants mind at ease 

Tenant used a fake driver's license and social security for lease.

I see tons of advertisements popping up on my social medial accounts (better.com, rocket mortgage, etc....) . 

Lot of people are going to work from home and drive to these vacation rentals where they can connect with nature, have fun while maintaining social distance.

During this pandemic and social distancing, my hope is to truly grasp REI as much as possible to start the process of purchasing my first property at the end of this year/early 2021!

Our home was inspected by the Dept of Social Services (unbeknownst to us, since they snuck the Daycare in on us, but have turned out to be excellent Tenants, save for this chicanery we took a while to get over).
