He was actually working out 2 different deals to lease out 2 of my properties; one on Diploma Ave. and the other on Rock St.I was unaware of either of these tenant screenings (if they took place) or lease signings or anything, nor have I yet to see any signed lease.I get a call later from the previous owner of the house on Rock St. asking me if I know of a Bob Smith (PM) or a Jane (Potential Tenant).

I have a list of addresses in my target area.I have the budget set for my first batch of yellow letters.I have an google voice account and vm to start recieving calls and a script that I will follow when screening prospective sellers.What I don't have is a good letter.

But you will waste a lot of time talking to non prospects and if you aren't doing it full time it is just hard to do it.Probably get the next most leads if you have a well trained call service that answers the phone and pre screens for you.
