Mobile home with land (not in park)?

If you want to park your money and get strong returns then buy a cash flow property in an area where you can get a great turnkey rental for that much or less.

My definition of full amenity type high rise are large building over 15 stories that offer 24 hour doorman, parking, fitness/pool center etc.

My total profit would be in the ball park of 18k.I know this isn't a real detailed post but wanted to get people's opinion on my strategy.

For rentals I want brick homes, in low rent areas, priced under 50k, with off street parking, not near commercial property, and not a corner house.
