I've been going to some events, I just need to make my self go weekly and really start communicating and networking.

What are the KEY things to check for, do you look at the roofing, plumbing, damages to cosmetics, do you price it out in your head as you walk thruLIST some or ALL the things i need to watch out for and help me use these things to knock down the asking price....

@Brian Garrett we've communicated before... do you know of any commercial/portfolio lenders in our area that might be able to do something like this?

If you are not managing yourself, then make sure to have a property manager that is trust-worthy, has knowledge about the market, and communicates efficiently!
