@Radu Botnari

Ya mean 'ya'll' or 'all ya'll'?  ; - )

We have a very low rent increase or 'pet rent.'  $10/mo for a dog or cat up to 20 lbs.  $20/mo up to 40 lbs (that kinda would leave out most domestic house cats.)

Additionally, there is a non-refundable pet FEE of $100 per pet.  Insurance-prohibited dog breeds require a $2 million rider on their required renter's insurance indemnifying the owner and management against those breeds actions.

NOTE:  I LOVE dogs, and I totally understand that it's not the breed per se, but the owner or inbreeding puppy mill that will usually determine the dog's behavior. Being managers we must protect the owner and ourselves, therefore the tenant insurance rider requirement.

That being said, I have never heard of a Shih-Tzu mauling their owner or houseguest to death.  I'm just sayin...
