New investor needing a teacher

Hello BP! Excited to get started with my Real Estate Retirement Plan! I have a little experience with flipping properties in the past but one bad investment decisions ate through any previous profits. I closed shop a couple years ago to get back on track with other life events but now eager and driven to get back in.

I am seeking some help from the vets here in the DFW area to get in. I am highly driven but desperately need a teacher to help me. I am willing to put in the work and looking for an advisor/mentor.
