the 1st 6 or 7 years of my investment life from age 22 to about age 30 I invested in the stock market and real estate.

You are however getting 8-12% on your money fairly safely though - really depends how much value you put on that.Also - whether you agree with my strategy or not, the MOST important thing is find metrics that suit your style, and do NOT deviate no matter how good the deal seems.

And, that I enjoyed it.Fast forward many years and I now know that teaching, coaching and mentoring is my passion and purpose in life; it's flat out what I was put on this earth to do!

It sounds like you have your crap together in terms of paying for your life right now.

It is combining your business and personal life that makes the difference.

I was born in San Luis, and lived in Cambria for the first few years of my life.

After watching my parents my entire life screen tenants, I could never imagine doing it over the phone.

So, on a couple of lifestyles unlimited podcasts, I have heard that as a wholesaler, I should network with a bunch (hundreds to sift through to find some good ones) of agents to create a team that is helping me find buyers and even sellers sometimes.How do you guys think I should do this, and do you think I should do this?

I cant stand Uncle S either and it makes me sick writing him checks so he can piss it away, but it is a fact of life living here in the US.
