Starting from ZERO! Need advice from the good people of BP!
Hi everyone, my name is Oleg and I've always been intrigued by Real Estate ever since I was a kid. I'm 28 now (still a kid) and over the last few week I've been REALLY getting into the REI world. Lots of podcasts, books and forums. I'm pretty fired up! But I got a couple questions...
What would you recommend for a newbie coming into 2013? Is it Wholesaling? Lease Options? What seems to really work right now? I don't have a whole lot of money saved up for downpayments, so it seems the best way to go is tackling the "no money" strategies to get started.
If someone can shine a light on what really works right now in today's market, I would really appreciate it guys. I'm ready to make some good money. I have a 7 month old daughter and I just want to start building that bright future. Thanks in advance!
P.S. If there is anyone that lives in the Portland area, I would love to connect and throw some ideas around with you and network.

What's your skill set? Real Estate is far less what it brings to you than what you bring to it.
