Potential repairs1 General housework and maintenance, very hard to gauge from photos alone but the home appears to be in wonderful condition, there may be heat loss from the fireplace going on, the bathtub upstairs may be lending itself to some leaking and therefore flooring issues / water issues23Thoughts: This is a wonderful home that I wouldn’t mind picking up if it weren’t already sold and off market.

Some of these apartments even have heat pump/heating and cooling... so the 4 cold months of New England, I get a good sized electric bill... but evens out the rest of the year with small electric bills.

A caveat to the laundry idea is that, while the electric has been split off, the heat and HW has not.

(also find out does that emergency number get responded to during the day or just after hours).I had a management company have a similar lack of followup with a heat issue and the heating company had not been called or they called someone who didn't respond.
