Renting through my LLC and getting the deductions

Hi Everyone,

I am considering using my LLC to rent an apartment where I would conduct all of the LLC's business. In doing so I know I'd be able to deduct rent, water heat, etc. However, the question comes in to play - what if I am living there? Would this raise any red flags? In my thought I would be able to leverage my personal expenses that I myself might have that I couldn't deduct off my personal taxes and deduct them from my LLC's taxes.

Has anyone else done something similar? Red flags? Any comments would be appreciated.
Thanks
