HVAC replacement cost

Harrison Vann
Posted

Hi

I am evaluating a 1900 sqft single story home.  What would it cost to replace HVAC? It was replaced in 2012 and it is time.  Estimates I have found range from $4000-7000.  I am using $7000, but if it is less than this, the deal could happen.

@Harrison Vann To answer your original question we recently paid $6,700 for complete AC on a total gut rehab, 100% new duct work/vents and AC unit. This was a 1,440 sq ft home in central Texas. Probably depends on your location too.
