I only wish we had considered fraud sooner instead of trusting them for so long.

My thought was to keep pace with appreciation, and it does give an incentive to exercise sooner rather than later.

There's not a lot of details, so I'm going to make some assumptions.First off, your debt to income ratios will rise, and sooner or later, you'll run into not being able to buy more rentals.  

In other words, "if I bust my a**, what if I get a deal sooner than later?"

The home is going to be sold either way so the tenants will have to move out sooner than they would like to. 

Also, around here a lot of Schools rent out their cafeterias and gyms to growing or expanding churches - usually Sunday (naturally), and often Wednesday evenings - might be a good fit for a covered outdoor venue like this.

- If I were able to charge any mount of rent, I would charge that, and eat down the loan on the property as quickly as possible while still retaining some of the cashflow for capital expenditures and so on, and hopefully be able to refinance much sooner, and roll into other investment properties.Any advice on this matter would be greatly appreciated!
