Commercial property use ideas...

Dear Bigger Pockets,

My mom needs your HELP! I'm looking for ideas on what she should do with her 20,000 sqft piece of semi-outdoor property. It's original intended use was a flea market but that hasn't managed to gain any traction for over a year. The next idea was to get a liquor license and open up for dances. Unfortunately, that too failed miserably! I was thinking of turning it into a large skating ring or putt-putt area but I'm running out of ideas fast so now I'm reaching out to the BP member brains. Oh and to make matters worse, the entire complex is in a flood zone! We're talking 10-15 feet of water when a good storm goes by... Anywho, any advice or ideas would be extremely helpful.
