Hello, my name is Kevin Pereyra. I am a 27 year old real estate newbie. Haha. I have no hands on experience yet but I am willing to listen and learn. I work full time as a central control operator for bombardier transportation at the Newark airport. I've made 90k last year and have nothing to show for it. I've been struggling with trying to better myself and become financially stable. I started with going to the gym more and going out less. Tried to save money. Pay off what debts I could. But nothing seem to work because I'm not fully financially literate. It's been a bit frustrating. But recently I was given some light of hope and motivation when my best friend David, suggested I read rich dad poor dad. I've heard of the book before by a former co-worker who I also consider a close friend. He nagged me to read it but I was in my own world at the time. I finished the book in 3 days and I wish I had read it sooner. It was an eye opener and a boost of motivation. Afterwards my best friend David suggested I get on Biggerpockets and start soaking in all the information I can. I've been listening to your podcast, currently on 012. I'm so glad I've joined this is a awesome community. I'm going to do my best to learn from all of you and put into action. And I hope to make some great friends and business opportunities.

I'm currently reading the 10X rule by Grant Cardone (amazing book). And Bigger Pockets Ultimate beginners guide to Real Estate Investing.
