I guess in perspective, getting rich quick to most is landing some lottery, or gamble.

There are some instances where people also who buy performers and it turns into a NPN may try and dump it so in those instances might be able to get a deal.I would rate it as one of the better/top platforms for note trading.

It was my take that it went for nearly market value (what it would have sold for on the MLS).On top of that the buyer took the risk of the condition of the property and clear title (you can't buy title insurance on an auction property).If you weren't referring to county foreclosure auction, but one of the other auction platforms out there.

@Mindy Jensen I uninstalled the version I had and downloaded the latest version from the Google play store then noticed the same issues with my latest post, I then looked at the date of the most recent update and it's August 2018, Am I correct in assuming there isn't an update on the Google play store platform yet?

Keep these $20K and invest them in a deal, and use the free platforms that are out there.
