Has anyone used Paperstac.com to purchase notes? Reviews? Thoughts? Legit site?

Paperstac as to if it's a legit site is legitimate. Question comes to how much are investors asking for their paper. As noted prior pricing may be higher than buying from a fund or bank. There are some instances where people also who buy performers and it turns into a NPN may try and dump it so in those instances might be able to get a deal.

I would rate it as one of the better/top platforms for note trading.
