GET RICH QUICK, SLOW, COMFORTABLY, OR NEVER?

Is it almost always bad to get rich quick? What ethics go into getting rich slow, or with less risk? If anyone is a get rich quick personality, what traits make you that way? Or the get rich slow people? I’d say I don’t care about getting rich, but want financial freedom quick and have assumed some “good debt” to get there as fast as I can, and have become semi obsessed with RE in the process!

Real estate is a long term investment.  I characterize it as slow wealth accumulation.  You have the alternative of scaling up your investment holdings to a larger size.  At that point, it quickly becomes a full time business.  Which you have to be good at every aspect.
