I haven't made my first deal yet but I've been networking a little everyday taking the necessary steps to take action and close my first deal.

The 9 to 5 thing never appealed to me , working for someone else doing the same thing every day is boring .

@Jessica ZolotorofeI don't know what else to tell you when these things are happening everyday in SF, and you simply dismissed them as wrong or impossible.......On conversion, every year hundreds of TIC got converted, and my building is scheduled for 2019...

Check everyday to see if they have abandoned the property and secure the property.

Not everyone has the stomach for that market, but we're learning every day and still moving forward with it.I'd like to also point out that for the first 5 years of our investment plan in STL, our strategy is strictly cashflow and for that phase of our strategy we don't really care if those properties don't appreciate a penny in the next 100 years.

However, she is arguing it does not say she has to pick it up every day. :( Any advice to deal with this situation without lengthy eviction process?

I was trying *so hard* to steer clear of deals until after the CPA exam when I had time but.....it's not every day a mobile in an all ages park comes up 2 minutes from your house. 

I've got too much going on to worry about the everyday minutiae of tenant behavior.
