Question Related to Tenant Eviction in DFW Texas

I have a situation where I am trying to evict my tenant for non-payment of rent. I won the eviction hearing, but the tenant has filed an appeal and affidavit of inability to pay costs of Appeal which is $10.00. I can contest the affidavit. . I am not sure how contesting will help my case. According to the County Clerk, the tenant is still required to pay the bond equal to one month’s rent by 30th December in order for the Appeal process to move forward. Even if I win the contest, the Appeal process/hearing will move forward as long as he is able to pay one month’s rent. There will be separate hearings for the contest and appeal. Is it worth going through contesting the inability to pay the costs of Appeal? This will delay the process of Appeal as there will be 2 hearings scheduled, one for the contest and one for the appeal. I need your advice on how to proceed in this situation. Thanks in Advance for your help.
