Normally in my book reviews, I post several bullet point takeaways but I don’t have a ton for this book but I will try my best.- Your information is much more secure now with the chips inside credit cards.- Good hackers can hack everything.- Most of the security breaches came from Microsoft related products especially Internet Explorer.- Most all credit card theft comes from making purchases in person, not on the internet.Overall this is a good intro book into hacking and cyber crimes.

New lighting fixtures are not only a cosmetic improvement; they can improve energy efficiency and safety if you pick the right ones and require the tenants to use the right bulbs.

@Gita Faust, I think it's time I bite the bullet and pay for Quickbooks.  

I think it depends on the demographics you rent to, the quality of your units, the amount of energy you have, the level of automation, and how much you do yourself vs. hiring out. 

I can take our business somewhat wherever I want it to go and I've been wondering should I switch gears and focus my time and energy on investing instead of traditional?

@Jason Jones: No magical bullet advice here, but in my experience, and practically with each and every one of the transactions, it is truly door-knocking or rolodex (yes I am old fashioned) calling every bank and asking for their commercial loan officer.
