RE Investing Software
I'm new to BP, so hello to all.
In my past day jobs I've used CRM tools like Salesforce.com and sugar to keep track of sales and orders and I was wondering if there are any tools out there aimed at real estate. On top of investment properties and rentals, I pool together other investors' money and I'd like a better way to track when I owe people, how much return was promised, etc. I'd also like to keep track of the investors that gave me a "no, but reach out to me in X amount of months".
I'll point out that I haven't used Quickbooks in the past, but a free online tool called Brightbook. It's a decent enough tool, but doesn't track the things I need it to.
Does anyone know of a better way than Excel? Thanks.
