Broker/Agent Getting Credit for a Wholesale

Hi Everyone,

I just started working with a broker, and she's given me access to properties in her portal. I told her that would start off wholesaling, but she didn't know what that was. I did my best to explain to her how it works.

She was a bit concerned though during our conversation on if she would still get commission if I wholesaled a property that she gave me from her portal. Since I'm looking for my first property to wholesale, and I wanted to get confirmation from anyone here on if she would still get her commission from me wholesaling a property she gave me to the end buyer. Thanks.

Sheldon
