I have found that with foreclosure lists its best if you can get them from a closing attorney...one of my associates was actually able to network with a closing attorney after doing a few shortsales with him.

I have read and re-read all your comments and admit to being seriously concerned as I can get no closing documents despite having paid up some eight months ago although a friend who attended the seminar in Britain with me last summer has had his closing documents and has also had an interview over the telephone in respect of his SRAP cashback with the Mississippi Development Association.

You may have fees associated with the bank account though some banks have no-fee checking for small businesses.

I know a Sr Tax Associate there, and while they rarely do individual returns, he might make an exception for someone that was personally introduced.I haven't made the switch yet because it was cheaper to stay with my guy, and because my return isn't all that complicated yet.

After speaking with others the best avenue was given to form a LLC and sell member interests to the land which came with associated rights to camp in designated spots.

If somebody gets seriously injured... everybody associated with the property will be sued and your pockets are deeper than your tenants so you will be the target, regardless of what you try to put into the lease.
