a few general questions about real estate in Indiana

1. Which organization should I go through for a pre-licensing course in Indiana? I'm looking for a solid organization with good networking.

2. Who should I talk to about REITs in Indiana? Are these a good idea?

3. Could you recommend a financial advisor in central Indiana specializing in real estate?

Thank you,

John

@John W. welcome to BP, I have not attended but I've also met some new investors who used Tucker also.

I would encourage you to check out both REIAs , CIREIA and INREIA both offer the investor education and networking. However, unfortunately for us investors they both meet on the same night.  (Fix this) There are also multiple "meetups" of like minded investors.

On the REIT question, by comparison, you should look into @Jacob Blackett company "HoldFolio" it operates much like a REIT. He answers that Specific question in another thread here on BP, search "Hottest Turnkey Investing!!" In the BP Marketplace. (I have no financial interest in HoldFolio)

There is a previous financial advisor (or several) who are now into Investment RE in the Indy market. I'm sure some will join this thread and introduce themselves. (You may have to read profiles to determine )

Best, Don
