Hello all,

I'm new to real estate investing. I've been doing research for some time and have learned quite a bit from Bigger Pockets forums, podcasts, webinars, and RE books. I stumbled across this site by listening to U-Tube videos by Lisa Phillips on affordable RE investments. I've been searching for a $20k-$40k property, more than likely a condo, in my local area starting out. I'm also considering Richmond or NC. My strategy is to buy and hold rentals to improve cash flow as I am retired. I look forward to connecting and learning!
