After reading some books, listening to a dozen podcasts (and counting), and talking with the BP community I have finally brought myself to take the next step in my education--attending a REIA.Im making an hour 10min trip after work(on a school night, God forbid) to go to this REIA.

yup, turned out for the best though, got a much nicer property and far better school district!

Strong schools nearby, 20m to downtown Tampa, However, according to BestPlaces.net, the crime rate is very high.

I was also very surprised to learn of a five-star restaurant that was established by Washburn school called Sania!

I recently left active duty Army to join the reserves and go to school back in Michigan.  

There are five Trade Schools near Daytona Beach if you Google a Search for them.

I am about to change companies that will afford me the option to be home daily instead of just on weekends.I am also about to start real estate school with my wife so we can both obtain our real estate license with the end goal of at least one of us getting a broker license.  

Richard , always best to stay where most of the population is so you keep the property rented out , Dalton Ga has very few people living there, and limited industries.Gwinnett county has 1,000,000 people in our county, with business growth and development and a chamber of commerce that's nationally ranked for bringing those higher paying jobs in and most important many of the schools are top ranked as well.

My wife and I were high school sweet hearts and fresh out of high school we bought the house and got married afterwards.
