Look for cash purchases and reach to LLC's , corp, or Inc. then search on your local business registration web page, find the names and then google or research their #. sometimes by googling llc you will find a # right away.

If accepted, again assuming investor bid, your agent would receive an acceptance email mid morning the next business day-HUD pays ZERO closing costs for investor bids(the 5% went away close to a decade ago) They will pay 3% for an owner occupant-You can back out of the deal up to the point the docusign contract is accepted by HUD. 100% of your EM until then and non refundable in most situations after that.
