Residential Lease agreements

Hi BP Community-  I have been slacking on the paperwork side with my rentals. 2020 I am getting professional, organized, and not letting tenants pay at their leisure. I also hope to add to my portfolio currently at 5 sfh and 2 commercial doors. 
My question: I need new leases. I have always just used generic ones I have printed off the web. The problem with this, half the form does not apply to my particular rental. 
Should I just type up my own personalized lease or does someone have one that is very good. I’m in Indiana.
