Hello evryone ,have a fantastic tenant ,he is a quiet tenant Retired from the Navy.He rent me a Condo Unit in a first floor of a HOA .I bought this unit 6 month a go .The upstairs neighbor had treadmill that use every night at 8 pm and my tenant has complain with them ,with the administration but this not stop .Anyone kmow if is anything legal I can do ?
