Purchasing condos and do you charge HOA Fees to renters

Hello everyone,

I am looking for some feedback on condo purchasing. I am looking at a package of condos in Florida and I am wanting to know what you see everyone doing when it comes to the HOA Fees. Do you charge these fees back to the tenant when renting out the condos? Running the numbers on these properties that is the only way that it will cashflow. Please share with me what you see others do when it comes to HOA Fees.. thanks
