My properties pull in at least double my expenses.We're not really putting in anything per month -- just the initial furniture cost, 1st month's deposit, STR insurance ($50-60/mo), and utilities which is like a few hundred bucks.Yeah we're trying to pursue mid-term stays from the get but issue with MTV/PA is that it is pretty much just as expensive as San Francisco proper (due to tech presence), but without the fun.
