Mortgage Brokers are Clueless

So that would have been a mortgage banker who works for Mutual of Omaha that's clueless, not an independent mortgage broker, for the record.:) (Not saying we don't have our own idiots, of course)Usually you just google "bank name wholesale" and you can find their website targeted at me to sign up and start sending them business pretty quickly (examples: "home point wholesale" and "quicken wholesale")."

The less that comes out of your mouth to convince her and the more she hears and learns elsewhere from an independent source, the better. This may sound sexist and unenlightened, but it's been my experience that lot of women are raised to want two things before all others: babies and the appearance of a middle-class life.

Close to FIRE & need a seasoned investor to advise me on Scaling
6 December 2020 | 2 replies
I currently have 3 investment properties now and I’m looking to make a new investment (small multi / single family) acquisition Q3 (ish) to build up my small portfolio.I’ve been an investor (as a side hustle) since 2013 and I’m ready for the next step(s) - scaling my business; but not as a landlord (I’ve learned how to do that part) but rather as a true investor making passive income.I’m actually looking to connect with a more seasoned investor to provide me with advice (ideas) to build on my current success over the last 7+ years.I'm at the tipping point on becoming financially independent and retire early with passive rental income. If you or someone you may know who would be willing to help please let me know.Thank you in advance and have a great holiday.BillWestchester- New York914-329-9711
