Close to FIRE & need a seasoned investor to advise me on Scaling

Close to FIRE and need some advice from a seasoned investor to learn how to scale up my real estate business.

Hello my Bigger Pockets community!

I currently have 3 investment properties now and I’m looking to make a new investment (small multi / single family) acquisition Q3 (ish) to build up my small portfolio.

I’ve been an investor (as a side hustle) since 2013 and I’m ready for the next step(s) - scaling my business; but not as a landlord (I’ve learned how to do that part) but rather as a true investor making passive income.

I’m actually looking to connect with a more seasoned investor to provide me with advice (ideas) to build on my current success over the last 7+ years.

I'm at the tipping point on becoming financially independent and retire early with passive rental income.

If you or someone you may know who would be willing to help please let me know.

Thank you in advance and have a great holiday.
