I currently hold a part-time supervisor position at UPS in their finance department on second shift.

I know that I'll be able to put down just 10% and avoid PMI, but are there any other considerations (positive and negative) that I should be aware of?

There's too much positive news, positive mindedness in the seller to settle for just signing the deed over (any more).

Thanks @John Crandell I believe that is the beauty of this business of Real Estate, you can enter at any age and position yourself for wealth.

While I won't have a 1st position loan I will be on title along with a partnership agreement spelling out funding, decision-making, responsibilities, equity dispersal/shortfalls, etc.

He was very clear about networking, forming long term relationships with approved investors and having a track record to get into a position to call one or a few folks and get a project funded quickly.

What exactly is the benefit for someone in my position?
