Experience/tips working with HomePath?

Hi all, I'm new to RE investing and I'm pursuing my first SFH through HomePath. I was wondering what experience people have had going this route. I know that I'll be able to put down just 10% and avoid PMI, but are there any other considerations (positive and negative) that I should be aware of? Thanks!
