.- I'm a very quick learner and have worked with and have adequate knowledge of a variety of software that includes: Hubspot (CRM), DocuSign, MailChimp, Adobe Editor, Dropbox, MS Office, MS Project, both Windows and Mac platforms, etc.

After I found a tenant (via Zillow) I am using the Cozy platform for payments and such.

Try Rocketmortgage out - it offers the simplest platform to apply and complete a mortgage.  

I also only work on platforms that are self service, so you can maintain them without having to pay a developer every time you want to update pictures or small things.

You can even search different platforms like Zillow and Realtor to see how many sales an agent has completed in the past year. 

I have been in this platform for a couple of months and I have been grinding in saving up and analyzing properties (Over 50 already, many more to come!).

Any experience working with people on platforms like Fiverr.com for accounting, marketing, data mining, etc?

This is a great platform for learning, growing, and connecting.

I'm weary about paying for instruction in this platform, however there are a tons of questions that are harder to find answers to for MH than for other real estate type (SFR, MFH, etc.).  

Or because they're *relatively* new to the general population with platforms like AirBnb/VRBO and have become convenient enough to go mainstream?
