First time buyer in Texas! Whare do I shop for my first FHA loan?

I have been in this platform for a couple of months and I have been grinding in saving up and analyzing properties (Over 50 already, many more to come!). First time I attempt to use the power of the forums so my question for you all is:

Looking for a (200-300k) purchase in Houston Texas area

How do I start shopping around for FHA loans for a rental property? any first time buyer mortgage lenders recommendations?
