MOBILE HOME INVESTING CLASSES

Hey everyone! My wife and I are looking into Mobile Home investing (for flips primarily) and came across John Fedro from www.mobilehomeinvesting.net and Jay/Samara from www.trailercashacademy.com . Has anyone taken either of their courses and how did it turn out for you? I'm weary about paying for instruction in this platform, however there are a tons of questions that are harder to find answers to for MH than for other real estate type (SFR, MFH, etc.).
