The search feature on BP will become your best friend:  notice that the results are separated into different types of results, ie forums, people, etc.Also, set up your keywords (look in the upper right corner of this page) to include 'boston', 'new hampshire', 'massachusetts', 'ma' 'nh' to be notified when people post including those words. 

You will be tempted to put extra nice features into the house.  

I am trying to sign up my company as a Featured Listing on the Hard Money Lenders and when I try to submit payment it says an error occurred.

After five month numerous units remained un-rehabbed nor rented.

When our company had a featured thread in the newsletter it made the traffic directly from BP shoot up for a few days.

When looking around the greater Orlando area, I have only ever seen them on the MLS, with something in the description about it being furnished and this is also listed as interior features.
