Hi everyone! My name is Ron, 18 years old from southern California. I came upon this forum because I read about it on a blog I forgot what it is. It was talking about wholesale houses, getting purchase agreements etc. I'm really interested in that because I don't have any money to start with. My question is though, what are the rules and regulation over here in San Diego specifically? What can I do more to expand my knowledge on wholesale? And what books do you recommend checking out before starting? I'm really eager to learn the knowledge! Thank you everyone!
