I reckon that type of decision comes into play when you have more than one bathroom.I would recommend that so long as you have the space to do so, you design the bath to have a tub/shower combo.

That, and the closing costs, would mean a 75% of my savings.I had been reluctant to surpass the 50% of my savings, thinking in the next property that I may buy later on, but since it is so hard to find a deal like that I been thinking about it.That is why I am recurring to this space for opinions about it.This is my first post by the way.

There are always ways to make a space look modern an updated even on a tight budget 4.

Possibly the newer ones have been improved, but the ones I got in 2018 have had significant problems with the planks drifting apart and spaces appear at the end of the plank in traffic areas. 2 different brands, 2 different houses. 

There are of course resales in the same areas near the theme parks that do very well also.

In the markets in Indy i am talking about we still get lots for 50 to 100k and sell at as mentioned 350 to 500k. for 2 to 3k sq ft new homes of basically the modern designs..

It was borderline on being a rehab, but now it's a cute little space that does great on airbnb!
