I know the value of the internet and the value of an additional response channel and the value of the credibility, but how much of "MUST HAVE" is it for someone on a limited budget?

Usually for those going away for awhile they go through processing making out a the powers of attorney needed, but RE requires a Special and Durable POA here (probably most states).....long stories but anyway criminal defense types mess up sometimes.Now, how is it criminals who are locked up can stalk others and pull scams on the internet and not communicate?
