I don't know the exact foreclosure rate in this area, but I think it's lower than the national average.From what I have read on the internet, the Texas Legislature has made it virtually impossible to do lease options.

Usually for those going away for awhile they go through processing making out a the powers of attorney needed, but RE requires a Special and Durable POA here (probably most states).....long stories but anyway criminal defense types mess up sometimes.Now, how is it criminals who are locked up can stalk others and pull scams on the internet and not communicate?
